How Visecution LLC collects, uses and keeps information from this website.

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Who we are

Visecution LLC, 18021 85th Pl W, Edmonds, WA 98026.

Questions about this policy, or about information we hold about you: [email protected] or 425-218-1546.

This policy covers this website. It does not cover information handled inside a client engagement, which is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details when you book a conversation or fill in a form: name, email address, phone number, company name and website.
  • Assessment responses. If you complete the Lever Point Assessment, we collect your answers. These describe how your business operates: revenue range, referral concentration, billing and collection measures, staffing, and how much of your own time goes to administration.
  • Anything else you choose to tell us in a message, a call, or an email.

Information collected automatically

  • Google Analytics 4. Pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location, device and browser. This uses cookies.
  • Server and security logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address.
  • Google Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google’s servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads.

Assessment responses, specifically

The assessment asks about your business, and some of what you tell us is commercially sensitive. So this section is more specific than the rest.

  • Your responses are used to produce your results, and to prepare for a conversation with you if you book one.
  • They are stored in our customer relationship system alongside your contact record.
  • We do not sell them, and we do not share individual responses with anyone outside Visecution except the service providers listed below who host the systems they sit in.
  • We may use responses in aggregate and de-identified form to produce benchmarks and published research about how practices in an industry operate.

Our commitment on aggregate use: we will not publish any statistic derived from fewer than ten responses, and aggregate figures will never be presented in a way intended to identify a specific business.

If you would rather your responses were not included in aggregate analysis at all, email us and we will exclude them.

How we use information

  • To produce and deliver your assessment results
  • To respond to you, schedule conversations, and prepare for them
  • To send you follow-up email about our services, which you can stop at any time
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it
  • To produce aggregate, de-identified benchmarks as described above
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who else touches it

We use service providers to run this site and our business. They process information on our behalf, under their own terms.

GoHighLevel

Website hosting, forms, scheduling, customer relationship management and email delivery.

Google

Analytics, and the fonts this site loads.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.

How long we keep it

ASSESSMENT

36 months

Individual assessment responses, measured from your last contact with us.

CONTACT RECORDS

Active, plus 24 months

Name, email, phone and company, kept while our relationship is active and for two years after.

ANALYTICS

14 months

Google Analytics user-level data.

Aggregate, de-identified data is kept indefinitely. Once information can no longer be connected to you or your business, it is no longer personal information and deleting your record does not remove it from past aggregate figures.

We keep records longer where the law requires it, such as for tax and accounting.

Your choices

Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Stop sending you email, which you can also do from the unsubscribe link in any message
  • Exclude your assessment responses from aggregate analysis

Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA as amended, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.

Washington residents: we do not knowingly collect consumer health data as defined by the My Health My Data Act. The assessment asks about business operations, not about anyone’s health.

You can turn off analytics cookies in your browser, or use Google’s opt-out add-on.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, and our service providers maintain their own. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
