This website is operated by Visecution LLC, 18021 85th Pl W, Edmonds, WA 98026. By using it you agree to these terms.

These terms cover the website and the assessment. They do not cover a client engagement. If you hire us, that work is governed by a separate written agreement, and where the two disagree, that agreement wins.

The assessment is a starting point, not a diagnosis

The Lever Point Assessment is a self-scored questionnaire. It reflects what you tell us, in the form you tell us, at one point in time.

Results are directional. They are meant to show where to look, not to tell you what is wrong.
We do not verify your answers, and results are only as accurate as the information entered.
Some findings are shown and some are held back for a conversation. That is deliberate and is stated in the results.
It is free, and no purchase or engagement is required to complete it.

Nothing on this site or in the assessment is legal, tax, accounting, medical, or investment advice. It is business operations information. Decisions about your business remain yours, and you should involve your own professional advisors where that matters.

No guaranteed outcomes

This site describes results from past work, including specific figures from a prior engagement.

Those are examples of what happened in one business, not a prediction of what will happen in yours. Every company has different people, systems, markets and constraints. We do not guarantee any particular financial or operational result, and nothing here should be read as promising one.

Case examples are anonymized. Where a figure is stated, it reflects results reported during or after that engagement.

The plan is yours

We say elsewhere on this site that the plan is yours whether you hire us or not. That is a real commitment and these terms do not walk it back.

Any written plan or recommendation we deliver to you is yours to use, keep, and act on, with or without us, and with or without anyone else.

Separately, the content of this website itself, including its text, structure and the Lever Point framework and name, belongs to Visecution LLC. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share links to it. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Using this site

Give accurate information when you fill in a form. Assessment results are worthless otherwise.
Do not attempt to breach, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site or its systems.
Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site, including the assessment, at any time.

Where this site links to another, we are not responsible for that site’s content or practices.

Availability and liability

The site and the assessment are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visecution LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this site or the assessment. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

Privacy, changes, and governing law

How we handle information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, and you agree to that venue.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
